You will be initiated into the work processes, manual implementation and recipe development of pars Pralinen production. You will learn how to process fresh ingredients, which is unusual for the patisserie, you will be involved in the organizational structure relating to orders, customer contact and production planning, and you will get to know farmers and producers. In this way you will communicate our values ​​to our customers.

Good knowledge of German and English is essential and you should be skilled in artisanal working / craftsmenship. Practice in using the computer is an advantage. It doesn't matter whether you are a cook / pastry chef or enrolled in a university.
pars Pralinen is a small praline label and we only produce on order. We supply private customers, events and customers such as KaDeWe, Louis Vuitton, the Haus der Kunst or the Michelin* Restaurant Nobelhart & Schmutzig. pars Pralinen deliver a sensual experience where taste, craftsmanship and design merge together.  The sustainable, seasonal and regional ingredients were carefully chosen directly of the producers and farmers to cultivate taste compositions that are genuine and intriguing.
In exchange with Chefs such as Micha Schäfer and Billy Wagner from Nobelhart & Schmutzig or Vadim Otto Ursus from Restaurant Otto, we create new taste compositions that are based on the seasons and the regional possibilities.
