PARS – THE MANUFACTORY
Through her creation pars praliné, Kristiane Kegelmann delivers a sensual exprience where taste, craftsmanship and design merge together. The forms of the pars praliné accentuate its uniqueness, Kristiane Kegelmann implements her artisan values and sensible palettes of taste through curated flavours with various fillings. The sustainable, seasonal and regional ingredients were carefully chosen to cultivate taste compositions that are genuine and intriguing --- a truthful reflection of the components' integrity.
"pars" = Latin for "part/piece"
With our small team we produce fresh creations every day in our manufactory in Berlin Kreuzberg.
FRESH, REGIONAL AND SUSTAINABLE
Super regional: We use fresh ingredients directly from the farmer/producer in the region and wild herbs and flowers from our own wild collection. Find a list of our farmers/producers here.
We are constantly creating new taste compositions that are based on the naturalness of the ingredients and the season and stand for pure, intensive pleasure.

Some products are vegan. We use sugar sparingly to preserve the original flavours.
All our products are freshly made to order by hand. The pralines usually keep for 2 - 4 weeks, the nutpaste for 2 - 5 months. We do without preservatives, industrially produced ingredients and gluten.
Our chocolates are made by hand. Kristiane Kegelmann combines the visual and the taste design with her background as a visual artist and experienced patissier (leading position in the Viennese Court Confectionery Demel) to emphasize the preciousness of this elaborate craft.
