Through her creation pars praliné, Kristiane Kegelmann delivers a sensual exprience where taste, craftsmanship and design merge together. The forms of the pars praliné accentuate its uniqueness, Kristiane Kegelmann implements her artisan values and sensible palettes of taste through curated flavours with various fillings. The sustainable, seasonal and regional ingredients were carefully chosen to cultivate taste compositions that are genuine and intriguing --- a truthful reflection of the components' integrity.

M A N U F A C T O R Y


"pars" = Latin for "part/piece"

With our small team we produce fresh creations every day in our manufactory in Berlin Kreuzberg.


F R E S H, R E G I O N A L A N D S U S T A I N A B L E

Super regional: We use fresh ingredients directly from the farmer/producer in the region and wild herbs and flowers from our own wild collection.


Hazelnuts from Martin Stimmer, Bavaria // Beetroot, lilac & other flowers wild or from Grete Peschken, Mecklenburg // spruce tips from Brandenburg // cream from Erdhof, Seewalde // woodruff from our own collection, Schorfheide


Our intense, unique couvertures come from small producers who are respectful of man and nature. dUb Chocolate (Holger In't Veld, Berlin), CC/104 (Simeon Rückert, Berlin) and Felchlin (Switzerland).

 

S O R T I M E N T

We are constantly creating new taste compositions that are based on the naturalness of the ingredients and the season and stand for pure, intensive pleasure.


Praline editions in different versions

Large chocolates: Pars Piece No.1 in various designs

Pure nut puree from 100 % Bavarian, self-roasted hazelnuts (55g or 135g) 

Launch in summer 2020: Iced confection (praline) 


All our products are freshly made to order by hand. The pralines usually keep for 2 - 4 weeks, the nutpaste for 2 - 5 months. We do without preservatives, industrially produced ingredients and gluten.


Some products are vegan. We use sugar sparingly to preserve the original flavours.


The result: a true pleasure experience full of surprises with complex levels.

Our chocolates are made by hand. Kristiane Kegelmann combines the visual and the taste design with her background as a visual artist and experienced patissier (leading position in the Viennese Court Confectionery Demel) to emphasize the preciousness of this elaborate craft.
