Edition No.13 | Wild iced Woodruff: the green savage. Freshly picked woodruff in the Schorfheide, iced and combined with a crisp, aromatic bitter chocolate by chocolatier Holger In't Veld.
Freshly made by us, you can freeze the chocolate yourself (up to 2 month). For a particularly creamy taste experience, you can let the iced chocolates thaw for 2-3 minutes at room temperature just before enjoying them.
This iced praliné contains the 80% Grand Cru Couverture made with beans from Panama and is flavoured by wild woodruff. As a soft acidity we added some Verjus. This frozen delicacy is just wonderful.
