Our handmade praline editions stand for artistic craftsmanship - tradition and experience meet Zeitgeist and the city of Berlin. Micha Schäfer, head chef at the Michelin * Restaurant in Berlin Nobelhart & Schmutzig and Kristiane Kegelmann, owner of pars pralines - made in Berlin - worked carefully on a filling that was served from October to December 2019 in the michelin star restaurant as a small treat for the guests way home. The result was special and pure, simple in the ingredients, but intense in taste. A special treat after a delicious dinner at Nobelhart & Schmutzig.
