This edition was created in cooperation between Kristiane Kegelmann and Micha Schafer, from Michellin *Restaurant Nobelhart & Schmutzig. The pralines were served as dessert treats for guests who visited from Oct. - Dec. 2019. A pure but intense combination of hazelnuts, wild juniper, cream and a deep dark couverture.
With your order, you will receive four, eight or sixteen (please select) lovingly hand-made and elegantly packaged chocolates of the pars Edition No.100 in a colourful sleeve.
