Our pars Edition No.66 / Iced Maca-Ginseng tastes just amazing.
The Maca Ginseng Elixir lies powerfully and finely balanced on the tongue. Its note is bitter-sweet and lies in the middle of these dimensions of taste. The long finish is underlined by a nutty nuance.
The Maca Ginseng Elixir was developed as a special edition for DIE ZEIT, where it was distributed exclusively for a few weeks.These notes work wonderfully with the strong flavour of our 80% St.Vincent Grand Cru Couverture. The couverture expands into exciting bitter flavours and remind us of grapefruit. Thus the praliné isn't too bitter at all, it develops on your tough and is one of our absolutely favourites.

80% CC/104 Grand Cru St. Vincent, Caribbean; White mountain hay milk chocolate Felchlin Switzerland; Maca Ginseng pharmacist elixir Dr. Jaglas (35% alc.); Cream from Erdhof Seewalde; Butter from the Siebengiebelhof; Glucose; Salt; plantbased food coloring


This pars praline edition can contain traces of other nuts, seeds, gluten and dairy products. Suitable for immediate consumption. Best before 28 days. Store packaged in freezer at - 18 ° C.
