ART IN CHOCOLATE
pars Pralinés, unique in shape and taste. A treasure that combines pleasure and the art of design. A creation by Kristiane Kegelmann, confectioner, chocolatière, artist.
Our freshly hand made chocolates require 2 days of production time. Shipments go out on Tuesday and Wednesday, so that we can well arrange our production and your chocolates arrive before the weekend and are not improperly stored over the weekend in between. If you prefer to pick up your orders personally, you can do so during our store opening hours from Thu-Sat between 1pm-8pm.
In the store we have prepared a nice selection of our chocolates for direct sale. So if you spontaneously come by our showroom, you can put together individual boxes from the freshly prepared day assortment for immediate takeaway.
In our store we also sell fine delicacies such as wines from Viniculture, which we enjoy ourselves.

As a fine dessert we offer our unique praliné creations for your wedding, company event or any other celebration. pars Pralinen accompany your event as a special highlight.
With our small team we produce fresh creations every day in our manufactory in Berlin Kreuzberg.
Super regional: We use fresh ingredients directly from the farmer/producer in the region and wild herbs and flowers from our own wild collection.
We are a small team radically committed to the quality and sustainability of patisserie.
We are constantly creating new taste compositions based on the naturalness of the ingredients and the season, and which stand for pure, intense enjoyment.
Throughout the time we realised wonderful projects, individualised praline sets and culinary installations with our business clients.
PRODUCERS & FARMERS
We are getting the best ingredients from small, sustainably working producers with similar values and quality requirements and, if possible, also from the Berlin area.
In 2020 pars Pralines was cooperating with michelin star Restaurant Nobelhart & Schmutzig, Restaurant Otto Berlin, Cookies & Cream, Hering Porcelain Berlin and Schoemig Porcelain. There are moreexciting projects to come.
