The pars restaurant is open from July 19th. - 11.8.2023 closed and in the meantime a pop up by Chelsea Turowsky and Luis Ribeiro will take place in the restaurant.

Elegant summer cocktails that complement the flavors of the sea with a Latin American touch. Ceramic vases and Brazilian music fill the room. Limes, spices, flowers from the garden, whole fish, bright sauces with lemongrass and grapefruit, fresh steamed rice on the side.
Completely different, but in the spirit of pars. Sensitive, pleasurable and full of energy!
