Miso N° 45
The Ama Mugi Miso is produced at mimi Ferments. Barley, soy and salt are fermented in oak barrels for at least 6 months. Mehr erfahren -
Dill blossom N° 37
Dill flowers are very intense. We get them from quick greens and take a lot of time plucking the small flowers from the umbels. A lot of flowers are needed to make a praline. Nevertheless, the praline remains very light - but incredibly strong in taste. Mehr erfahren -

The raw hazelnut come to us directly from the farm in Bavaria. We roast the kernels over low heat, peel them and then roll them between stone wheels into a fine paste. Mehr erfahren -
Cucumber Rose N° 19

Cassis buds N° 35
We remove the small green buds from the young currant wood in the spring, sugar them very lightly and dehydrate them. The buds taste like pure spring. Mehr erfahren -
