Shipping policy

Our fresh handmade chocolates take 2 days to produce. Shipments go out on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week so that we can schedule our production well and your chocolates arrive before the weekend and are not stored improperly over the weekend. If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so by appointment or during store opening hours.


We have prepared a nice selection of our chocolates for direct sale in the store. If you drop by spontaneously, you can put together individual boxes from the freshly prepared assortment to take away immediately.

Shipping Germany

Within Germany we ship with DHL. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure that the goods reach the customer before the weekend. In the summer months of June - August we can only ship to a limited extent, depending on weather conditions or by EXPRESS shipping.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE WHEN OR HOW A PARCEL WILL REACH THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER BEARS THE RISK.

There is no minimum order value for online orders. Shipping costs of €6.90 will be charged for any order with a delivery address in Germany, unless fragile goods are ordered which can only be sent by self-collection or courier. This is because some products are too fragile to be sent by post and have a short shelf life. Express delivery is always possible. This has a higher price, you can select the current express shipping prices at checkout.

Self-collection is always free of charge.

Delivery times

Germany

Deliveries are dispatched according to agreement. The DHL delivery time within Germany is usually 1 - 3 working days.

European Union

Deliveries are dispatched by arrangement. The DHL shipping time within the EU is usually 2-6 working days.

You can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal or prepayment.
