Chocolate hazelnut spread
Luxurious chocolate spread. Vegan, palm oil-free and beautifully intense.No palm oil, little sugar, no comparison to usual nougat spreads. We combine our nut butter with the unique Grand Cru couverture from the well-known Swiss manufacturer Felchlin. Cocoa meets Bavarian hazelnut. Vegan and delicious.
Minimum shelf life for 6 months. Please store in a cool, dry place at 12-19° C.
The raw hazelnut kernels come to us directly from the farm in Bavaria. We roast the kernels over low heat, peel them and then roll them between stone wheels into a fine paste.
