Cucumber Rose N° 19

We boil down Grete's apple juice and add the pureed and seasoned cucumber. This top layer remains refreshing despite the chocolate ganache underneath.

The liquid cucumber comes as fresh as a spring breeze, offset by a hint of apple. A second layer of creamy ganache enriched with a touch of rose brings the necessary contrast. The spring can come. And stay. Fresh - rich in contrast - young
