We collect wild elderflowers in the Berlin area. We capture their intensity by drying them with a little sugar. This means we can still use them in the following summer months.

Elderflower - a scent and taste like no other - combined with fruity, delicately melting chocolate, balanced by the acidity of verjuice. A dream of eternal summer. Refreshing - fruity - sunny


At least 14 days shelf life. Store in a cool and dry place, 12 - 17°C.
