The raw hazelnut come to us directly from the farm in Bavaria. We roast the kernels over low heat, peel them and then roll them between stone wheels into a fine paste.

Hand-peeled Bavarian hazelnuts exude their unmistakably warm, inviting aroma when roasted. With a refreshing pinch of salt, our creamy, award-winning classic is reminiscent of the noble variation of a nougat praline. Pure – intense – vegan.

Minimum shelf life 28 days. Store in a cool and dry place, 12 - 17°C.
