pars meets Caique Tizzi – Aperitivo Pop Up

Every Thursday we collaborate with different friends from the Berlin art and gastronomy scene.

Whether it's a rare wine selection from Billy Wagner, owner of the restaurant Nobelhart & Dirtig , or special recommendations from Holger Schwarz , the city's natural wine dealer - every evening is designed differently.


Our kick off starts with Caique Tizzi , who will treat you to small, extraordinary aperitivo creations. Together with Clara Higham-Stoianova, founder of Sips Berlin, we will design the appropriate drinks menu for the evening. We at pars provide ice cream.

One thing is clear: the whole selection will be lively!

Our chocolates are made by hand every day in Berlin. Each of our ingredients is picked and processed by us or obtained in collaboration with the most uncompromising pioneers of regional & sustainable food production.
