Every Thursday we collaborate with different friends from the Berlin art and gastronomy scene.
Whether it's a rare wine selection from Billy Wagner, owner of the restaurant Nobelhart & Dirtig , or special recommendations from Holger Schwarz , the city's natural wine dealer - every evening is designed differently.
Our kick off starts with Caique Tizzi , who will treat you to small, extraordinary aperitivo creations. Together with Clara Higham-Stoianova, founder of Sips Berlin, we will design the appropriate drinks menu for the evening. We at pars provide ice cream.
One thing is clear: the whole selection will be lively!
