PARS PAIRS WITH HOLGER BLACK / VINICULTURE

He is well known in the wine scene: Holger Schwarz, with Viniculture, was one of the first natural wine dealers in Germany. He and his range are cheeky and wild - a pioneer that not every wine drinker was initially comfortable with. Today the scene celebrates him. Holger maintains long-standing contacts with the winemakers and receives some wines exclusively in Germany.
The aperitivo on August 25th. The motto is “Rosé, Rosé, Rosé”. We serve an exciting selection of rosé wines from Viniculture paired with Cicchetti à la Venezia and a sweet dessert.
