We joined forces and developed a collection of pralines, using the ingredients from Conflictfood in a completely different way - in combination with high-quality chocolate, the beans of which also come from the smallest producers in various regions.
With each set purchased, 10% of the proceeds go to Medico International, an organization that has been providing medical care in Gaza and the West Bank for decades.
Conflictfood brings you fairly traded delicacies directly from conflict regions – without exploitation, without detours, without compromise. Each product tells a story of resistance, change and new hope. This is what peace tastes like.

Salem and Gernot’s journeys to Jenin, Al-Khalil (Hebron), and Al-Quds (Jerusalem) revealed to them the harsh reality of life under a system that many organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, have condemned as apartheid. At the same time, they also witnessed the remarkable resilience of a society that preserves its traditions, its agriculture, and its struggle for justice.
