We joined forces and developed a collection of pralines, using the ingredients from Conflictfood in a completely different way - in combination with high-quality chocolate, the beans of which also come from the smallest producers in various regions.
With each set purchased, 10% of the proceeds go to Medico International, an organization that has been providing medical care in Gaza and the West Bank for decades.
Conflictfood brings you fairly traded delicacies directly from conflict regions – without exploitation, without detours, without compromise. Each product tells a story of resistance, change and new hope.

The story of Conflictfood, began in Afghanistan where the founders, Salem and Gernot, met a women’s collective that once cultivated opium. During their travels to Jenin, Al-Khalil (Hebron), and Al-Quds (Jerusalem), Salem and Gernot witnessed both the difficult realities of daily life under occupation. They also witnessed the incredible resilience of people who preserve their traditions, agriculture, and a hope for justice.
