The raw hazelnut kernels come to us directly from the farm in Bavaria. We roast the kernels over low heat, peel them and then roll them between stone wheels into a fine paste.

We make a velvety, vegan nut butter from hand-peeled hazelnuts from Bavaria. Its intense aroma also comes from the way it is produced: the nuts are finely rolled, not ground. The taste, the scent – ​​incomparable. Luxurious as a spread, fantastic with muesli, a dreamy finish for sweet and savory dishes.

Minimum shelf life for 6 months. Please store in a cool, dry place at 12-19° C.
