Simple and creamy, but at the same time so different and extraordinary.
The set of 9 or 16 will contain five different varieties.
Our couvertures come from different regions:
* Honduras bean - dark balsamic, intense acidity.
* Madagscar bean - red, wild berries and cherries.
* Tanzania bean - yellow fruits and mango.
*Uganda Bean - Tart notes, apple, quince.
*Costa Rica bean - green, woody notes
Holger in't Veld produces the intensely flavored and characterful chocolates in small melangeurs. This means he retains control over the oxygen supply and speed - and therefore over the intensity.
All couvertures are 82% and couldn't be more different. The location and climatic conditions reflect a variety of aromas, as is also known from coffee beans.

Stable for at least 14 days. Store in a cool and dry place, 12 - 17°C.
Hand painted . The chocolates are hand-painted with purely vegetable colors. We only use natural products throughout production.
Costa Rica bean - tart, nutty, pure. Holger in't Veld continually searches for the best fair trade and grown beans. We create chocolates with a strong character that we combine with various ingredients.
Tanzania bean - yellow fruits, mango, south. The special aromas of this cocoa bean emphasize the bright, fruity notes of the praline filling. Fairly grown, traded, stored and finally processed into intense chocolate.
