Together with ZANÊ ARADINE we share the desire to discover and explore. That's why we've come together and are inviting you to a performative 5-course dinner on two evenings this fall that pushes boundaries, lets go and creates new connections. Together we will design a dinner that places particular emphasis on the senses.
PARS PAIRS WITH ZANÊ ARADINE
October 13th and 14th, 2022, 7 p.m
in the Sexauer Gallery, Streustraße 90, 13086 Berlin
This dinner will take place in the exhibition “Algorithmic weed rolls like cyberdog's shit in the desert of art” by Thomas Feuerstein in the SEXAUER GALLERY , which will take place during Art Week on September 16th. opened. The gallery is located in a former industrial building in Berlin Weißensee and represents internationally emerging and established artists of a younger generation.
Zanê is about undoing the created and embodied divisions between people and what surrounds and nourishes us. Together with Kristiane Kegelmann, visual artist and founder of pars, and her chef patissière Alina Jakobsmeier, she is developing a menu in which taste, production and design merge into a total work of art. The social and ecological components are just as important to them as the craftsmanship and artistic stimulation of the senses.
We work with a focus on vegetarian dishes and process fish and meat very selectively. A vegetarian option is therefore always available.
